Day 1
Norman Island
Tortola to Norman Island
Depart The Moorings base in Tortola mid-morning after your charter briefing. A short sail south brings you to The Bight at Norman Island — the legendary inspiration for Treasure Island. Snorkel the caves, grab a mooring, and settle in for sunset.

Day 2
Cooper Island
The Indians & Cooper Island
Wake early for a morning snorkel at The Indians — four pinnacles rising from the sea, teeming with reef fish and sea turtles. Then sail east to Cooper Island Beach Club for lunch, rum cocktails, and a lazy afternoon on the dock.

Day 3
Virgin Gorda
Virgin Gorda & The Baths
Sail to Spanish Town and take a mooring at Virgin Gorda Yacht Harbour. Dinghy ashore to explore The Baths — a national park of cathedral-sized granite boulders forming grottoes and pools. Continue to the Top of the Baths for lunch with panoramic views.

Day 4
North Sound, Virgin Gorda
North Sound
Round the tip of Virgin Gorda into the protected waters of North Sound. Pick up a mooring at Saba Rock or Bitter End Yacht Club. Kiteboarders and paddleboarders will find paradise here; everyone else can enjoy the restaurants and bars scattered across the sound.

Day 5
Anegada
Anegada
The only coral island in the chain, Anegada sits low on the horizon — a ribbon of white sand and turquoise water. Navigate carefully through the reef, anchor off Setting Point, and feast on fresh lobster at one of the beachside grills. The stars here are unforgettable.

Day 6
Jost Van Dyke
Jost Van Dyke
Sail west to Jost Van Dyke, home of the original Painkiller. Pick up a mooring in Great Harbour and dinghy to Foxy's for lunch, then head to White Bay for the Soggy Dollar Bar. End the day watching the sun drop behind the hills from your cockpit.

Day 7
Sandy Spit / Tortola
Sandy Spit & Return
Your final morning: a short sail to Sandy Spit, a tiny crescent of sand rising from impossibly blue water. One last swim, one last photo, then a leisurely return to Tortola by mid-afternoon. The islands will be waiting for your next visit.
